Simply amazing, I went out to get the mail and there was my ST CROIX MOJO BASS ROD. I dont check my mail very often so I am not sure when the rod arrived but holy cow am I impressed with the USPS efficiency in getting the rod to my door. Fedex isnt scheduled to deliver the reel for a few more days.
Both items shipped ion the same day.

The ST CROIX LEGEND ELITE LES66MF showed up yesterday. Not sure when it arrived as a neighbor found that UPS left the package in an untraveled area of my apartment building.

The rod came wrapped very well and also included a soft case for the rod. That was a nice surprise. The rod is perfect, not a blemish anywhere and the eyes are perfectly aligned.
The standout though is the weight. The rod is incredibly light, shockingly so.

Ill hopefully get the SHIMANO SUSTAIN FE 2500 mounted over the next few nights. Maybe hit the lake this weekend, weather permitting

I ended up getting the Shiman0 Core 50MG7 for Christmas. I mounted the reel on the G.Loomis GL3 CR722 today. Im hoping to try the combination out next weekend if the weather cooperates

Well in a weak moment I ordered the SHIMANO SUSTAIN FE 2500 SPINNING REEL. I will have it in hand tomorrow March 18. I cant wait.

I took a trip to Cabelas today and handled the Shimano Sustain FE Spinning Reel. All I can say is that it is the finest spinning reel I have ever had the pleasure of holding in my hands. I think my mind is made up.
