Unfortunately the weather and my schedule have conflicted all summer and there does not seem to be an end in sight. Hurricane Irene caused me to cancel a trip to the Housatonic River and now Hurricane Katia might impact our rain date. To date I have rescheduled fishing trips 8 times since my last blog entry.
I did manage to sneak out to Lake Wintergreen a few times and catch a few hundred pounds of weeds and a few small bass.
I’m hoping to get some fishing in over the Labor Day weekend.
